Campari Spritz
INGREDIENTS
2 grapefruit wedges, plus thin slices for serving
12 oz. Campari, chilled
12 oz. of Prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
8 oz. grapefruit seltzer or club soda, chilled
ice
STEPS TO SIPS
Squeeze juice from grapefruit wedges into a medium glass measuring cup, then add Campari and stir to combine.
Divide Campari mixture among 4 wine glasses.
Pour 3 oz. Prosecco and 2 oz. seltzer into each glass.
Add a thin grapefruit slice, then fill glasses with ice.
