Piña Paloma

INGREDIENTS

Kosher salt

1 lime wedge

2 oz. tequila

1 oz. of grapefruit juice

1 oz. of pineapple juice

Juice of ½ of a lime

Soda water, for topping off

1 pineapple leaf, 1 grapefruit wedge, for garnish

STEPS TO SIPS

  1. Pour some salt onto a small plate. Rub one side of a glass with lime wedge, then dip into salt, turning to coat.

  2. Fill prepared glass with ice.

  3. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.

  4. Top off with club soda and gently stir with a bar spoon.

  5. Garnish with pineapple leaf and grapefruit wedge.
