Honey Pot Hill Orchards

Honey Pot Hill Orchards has roots dating back to 1926 when Clifford Martin bought a 70-acre all-purpose farm in Stow, MA. Over the years, it has expanded to 186 acres, growing apples, peaches, blueberries, and more. Now in its fourth generation, the farm is proudly managed by Andrew and Chelcie Martin, a dedicated father-daughter duo.

Head of the Charles Regatta

Since 1965, the Head of the Charles Regatta has drawn thousands of rowers to the Charles River for the world's largest 3-day regatta. Great Pumpkin

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces pumpkin ale (such as Southampton)

1 ounce Laird's bonded apple brandy

1 ounce Rittenhouse bonded rye

1/2 ounce grade B maple syrup

1 whole egg

Garnish: nutmeg, freshly grated

Ice

STEPS TO SIPS

  1. Add the pumpkin ale, apple brandy, rye, maple syrup, and whole egg into a shaker.

  2. Dry-shake (without ice) vigorously.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

  4. Strain into a chilled Fizz glass.

  5. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

  6. Enjoy!
