We will be shaking up a new recipe each month, enjoying the unique and complex flavors of the classics and some original cocktails from our favorite local mixologists.
Pumpkin Spice Margarita
INGREDIENTS
For the rim: salt or cinnamon and sugar mixture
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz tequila
¾ oz lime juice
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spices
1 tbsp honey
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
STEPS TO SIPS
Combine Cointreau, tequila, lime juice, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spices, and honey in a shaker.
Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into your glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
