We will be shaking up a new recipe each month, enjoying the unique and complex flavors of the classics and some original cocktails from our favorite local mixologists.
Pomegranate Cinnamon Mocktail
For Dry January
INGREDIENTS
4 oz pomegranate juice (can replace with cranberry)
2 oz cinnamon tea (or 1 oz cinnamon syrup)
1 oz orange juice
½ oz maple syrup
⅓ cup soda water (optional)
ice
cinnamon sticks, pomegranates and/or dehydrated citrus (for garnish)
STEPS TO SIPS
Add the pomegranate juice, cinnamon tea, orange juice and maple syrup to your shaker. Add a few cubes of ice, replace the lid and shake well.
Fill your glass halfway with ice and pour the mixture in.
If you’re making the sparkling version, top with soda water and stir gently. If you're making the still version, skip this step.
Garnish with cinnamon sticks, pomegranates and/or dehydrated citrus.
