Isabella Stewart Gardener Museum

This has to be our #1. Built to evoke a 15th-century Venetian palace, this museum features an interior garden courtyard blooming with life in all seasons. The museum houses significant examples of European, Asian, and American art. Its collection includes paintings, sculptures, tapestries, and decorative arts.

Sowa Artists Guild

The Artists Guild at Sowa is home to over 30 galleries and 200 independent artist studios. The main aim behind SoWa is to promote the individuality and diversity of artists around the continent. Offering events like SOWA First Fridays and SOWA Open Studios, giving you a glimpse into some of the artist’s private studios.

Robert Klein Gallery

Ranking among the world’s most distinguished showrooms for fine art photography; Robert Klein Gallery’s exhibitions have included work by Annie Liebowitz, Diane Arbus, Hiroshi Sugimoto, and Sally Mann. 

DTR Modern

This gallery has been at the forefront of the art market since opening. Located on Newbury Street, showcasing modern and contemporary art from artists such as Basquiat, Koons, Warhol, and Slonem.

Harvard Art Museum

ISABELLA’S GARDEN

INGREDIENTS

.5 oz Crème de Violette
.5 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Rose Brut
Lemon
Garnish: Dried Lavender

STEPS TO SIPS

  1. In a cocktail shaker add the crème de violette, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.

  2. Shake & strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Top with Rose Brut.

  4. Finish with lemon oil (express the peel)

  5. Don’t forget the garnish!
